Returns and Exchange

 Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase and you would like to exchange or return, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email us via shop@baline.co.uk with your order number and a brief reason for your exchange and we will send you an approval email. ​

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and labels still intact. Returns that do not meet our policy will be refused and sent back to you.

Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 5 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Baline, or in the case, an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. 

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Please note all sale items and mystery grab bag items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
